"I personally spent several weeks looking for a quality gift that would
really express how much we appreciate our clients and would hopefully
create a memory in their minds of the type of unique, quality service
that we hope to provide. Other agents have used simple candy/ food;
gift/candle baskets but they all seemed to be very generic.
When I first saw the pictures for the baskets from TNGG, I was
definitely very impressed w/ the diverse, unique names for the baskets
and the variety of presentations, as well as seeing what the baskets
had, I immediately thought of my own gift giving for friends and
family. These are creative, marketable gifts for all occasions and
situations.
When I received my first order of "home sweet home" baskets, several
of the real estate agents that share space in our mortgage office
wanted to know where I ordered from and thought that the little
coloured houses were fantastic "thank-you" gifts. I shared your info
with them as well as the photos of the other basket/ gift ideas and I
even heard the remark again, that these were definitely "all occasion"
gift ideas (again for their own friends and families) as well as
fantastic "real estate" oriented gifts.
Since the delivery of the baskets to our clients, we have received
phone calls and emails (and a personal request to do another loan w/
us for another basket!) from all said clients thanking us for the
gift.
Definitely a great idea and a quality gift that really seems to
express customer appreciation and works for our referral needs as
well. I'll let you know more at Christmas......"
